Domain we build for

E-commerce and marketplace apps built to take orders cleanly

Custom software for this vertical — scoped to your workflows. Not a packaged product we resell, and not a claim that we run every company in this space.

A storefront is only as good as checkout and fulfillment behind it — a beautiful catalog with a checkout that fails on a slow network, or a marketplace where sellers can't tell which orders they actually need to pack, loses money quietly every day. We build custom online stores and multi-vendor marketplaces beyond what a template platform covers: catalogs with real-time stock, checkout wired to Stripe, Razorpay, and UPI, seller onboarding and dashboards, and order tracking that tells operators exactly what to ship next. This is the custom-build counterpart to our Shopify and WooCommerce work — for brands and marketplaces that have outgrown a platform's template model and need bespoke seller workflows, commission logic, or catalog structures a general-purpose store builder can't express. Either way, orders, inventory, and payouts stay reconciled, so a seller dashboard and your finance reports always agree.

What a e-commerce & marketplace build usually includes

  • Custom storefronts with variants and live stock
  • Multi-vendor marketplace with seller onboarding
  • Checkout with Stripe, Razorpay, and UPI
  • Seller dashboards and commission logic
  • Order status from pack to delivery
  • Coupons, loyalty, and promo rules

How we approach a e-commerce & marketplace build

  1. 1

Model catalog, inventory, and seller structure

Variant complexity, multi-seller commission rules, and stock-sync requirements — settled before storefront design, since these decisions shape the whole data model.

  2. 2

Build storefront and seller dashboard together

Buyer-facing catalog and checkout ship alongside seller order management, so a marketplace launches with both sides — not sellers guessing what's been ordered.

  3. 3

Reconcile payments and payouts before scale

Order status, payment capture, and seller payout logic get tested end-to-end before high-volume traffic, since this is where marketplaces usually break first.

Frequently asked questions

Should this be a custom build or a Shopify/WooCommerce store?

If your catalog and checkout fit a standard store, our Shopify or WooCommerce work is faster and cheaper. Custom builds make sense for multi-vendor marketplaces, unusual commission structures, or catalog logic a platform's template model can't express.

How do you handle multi-vendor payouts?

Orders are split by seller with commission calculated automatically, and payouts can route through Razorpay Route or a manual reconciliation dashboard depending on your volume and compliance needs.

Can you integrate UPI alongside cards and wallets?

Yes — UPI, cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay or a comparable gateway, since UPI alone covers a large share of Indian checkout volume.

How long does a marketplace build take?

A single-vendor custom store ships in 8 to 10 weeks. A multi-vendor marketplace with seller onboarding and payouts typically runs 3 to 5 months.
